Emotional Well-being

Emotional well-being is a positive state of mind achieved by the appropriate use of emotional intelligence in day-to-day life. It helps students excel in studies, adults to succeed at work and enables all of us to prevent harmful effects of excessive mental stress such as depression, anxiety, aggression, drug abuse, and suicidal thoughts.

At Harmony Centre, Dr Swatee Bapat (M.D. Paediatrics), provides holistic guidance for enhancing  emotional well-being of children, adolescents and young adults. The approach is comprehensive and helps control the ill-effects of stress on the individual’s overall health.
